Instanced Static Mesh doesn't show material

on UE5 i have an actor with an Instanced Mesh Component, i set the mesh and the material instance, then add some mesh instances, they appear but they don’t have the material i set, they remain grey, what is the problem ?

In your material, make sure that “Used with Instanced Static Meshes” is checked in your material details panel under the Usage category.
