Figure 1 shows that I have set the variable to be Instance Editable. However, in Figure 2, you can see that this variable is in a non-editable state with no dropdown list. The project was normal when created, but after some time it ended up like this. Now, even creating a new project results in this buggy state. I have reinstalled UE5.7, but the issue remains unresolved.
