Installing UE4.18 caused UE4.15 project to render black lines over mesh materials

I have a UE4.15 project on Mac OSX that’s worked fine for months and I could load the InfinityBlade demo levels just fine but now, after installing UE4.18 and compiling the shaders, there are black lines over every mesh material. It’s in every view mode. Any idea how to fix this?

Recently updated to High Sierra, if that’s important. I’ll also note that the demo UE4.18 project loads perfectly fine with no rendering issues.

The answer is to use UE4.18 to load your 4.15 project and make a copy when you do. This will load your level into a new 4.18 project that should fix the issue.
