installing pre-made environments and seeing them in full-screen.

I’m new to UE4 and would like to use it for background environments in my prevent art projects. how to I install pre-made environments and see it in full screen mode? also if I buy this, will it be pre-made so I don’t have to do it from scratch?

This will work ‘out of the box’. The whole point of these assets, is they provide you with everything you need, including the demonstration map.

Full screen in UE4 is just F11.

thanks for the help on the deal. I already found the F11 option and it almost works for me

but there is this windows app bar on the bottom that I would like to go way. how to I make a prefect full screen?

That’s a windows thing, not UE.
