I know this is the probably not the correct place to post this but I am not getting any answers anywhere else and getting frustrated with the lack of support.
Has anyone else run into the problem that the Datasmith export plugin for 3ds max 2019 or 2018 will not install. I get the following error when trying to install this.
“The specified account already exists”
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
