Installing engine for all users of machine (shared computers)

I manage machines in a college. The issue I have is that if I install the engine from an administrator Windows account and another user logs in with their account into Windows, they will not see the engine and will need to install it again.

Can I install it once and have all users of the machine be able to use it?

I have tried

on already cloned machines that had standard way installed UE4 and it didn’t work for the next user.

It is not visible regardless if the next user uses the same Epic account as Admin or their personal account
