I am getting this Installer error on Datasmith 5_0_3 plugin for Archicad 25 and the installer package "UnrealDatasmithArchicadExporter_5_0_3.msi" keeps failing. How can I fix this plugin please?

It looks like you previously had the 4.27.2 version of the Datamsith plugin installed, but that version wasn't completely uninstalled, so that's causing the issues. Please go to the Twinmotion Datasmith Exporter plugin for Archicad page and download the 4.27.2 installer from the Archived Versions section. Run that version of the installer, which should fix the 4.27.2 installation. Once that is done, you can uninstall that version completely from Windows in the Apps and Features/Installed Apps settings page. You should then be able to install the 5.0.3 version without issues.

Hello, I am currently facing the same issue. I use Archicad 25 and switched to Twinmotion 2023. The error message “UnrealDatasmithArchicadExporter_5_0_3.msi installation package is missing” appears. I downloaded the previous version of Datasmith, the 4.27.2 installer, as suggested, but I still get the same message. As a last resort, I tried to uninstall Datasmith, but the same error message appears. How can I resolve this problem if I can’t even uninstall the extension?
