Installer 4.10 failed with error code R-1603

this is my first time using UE, my system is win7 64, it always reports R-1603;[enter code here][1]

Looks like you doesn’t installed it correctly. I read the log. There is lot of *.png failed to load. All in “Plugins” Directory. Look at UE install Folder for a directory like “/Engine/Plugins/Messaging/MessagingDebugger”. If that is not there, Try installing unreal engine again.

I never installed UE4.10
