Hi AstaD,

I’m assuming when you said that you tried all things mentioned here, you mean other AnswerHub posts. Try the troubleshooting steps in this section of the Launcher guide.

If nothing works for you, follow the directions towards the bottom of the link to generate your Debug Logs. Then post them here.

I did all of this steps too, before i wrote the question … nothing helped.

It looks like the logs you upload are the standard Launcher logs. Could you follow the directions towards the bottom of the link I posted above to generate your Debug Logs? Then post them here as well.

Here ar my latest Logs. I brought my homeworkstation with my into my office, because here i already installed the engine an a computer and it is running. So i am sure that it is nat a problem with a router or something else in the network.

Hi AstaD,

I took a look at your logs; can you confirm for me if you tried using the “-http=wininet” command?

Hallo again.

Yes i can confirm that. I tried it already …
Today I deinstalled the launcher again and reinstalled it under the windows super administrator account it it ist still not working, even with -http=wininet at the end of the shortcut target…

I got it! I had to deactivate the Base filtering engine of windows in services manually, even all firewalls were deactivate.
