I get a flashing yellow button when trying to install from marketplace launcher.

hi , cheers for getting back so soon.
We managed to install and run engine when logged in as local admin, but once logged in as a separate user (this is on a machine in a network at my company) we are experiencing issues (engine wont start, launcher goes unresponsive).
Do you have any suggestions?
Does separate user not have administrative rights?
Hi , issue was sorted and ue installed nicely. However, I am experiencing a flickering effect in editor, almost like whole scene wobbles in a grainy effect.
