I keep getting error LS-0019-IS-PQR3010 prerequisites installation failed. I have tried all the solutions suggested here with no luck: https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/epic-games-store-c73/error-codes-c100/ls0019-prerequisites-installation-failed-a7649
Looking at the log files it seems to be reporting that DirectX installation failed. However I already have DirectX 11 installed, and I tried installing again just in case but no joy. I also tried adding the flag -SkipBuildPatchPrereq to the launcher and running as administrator but it makes no difference.
Before I give up is there anything else I can try?
