If you have it downloaded on an external drive (i.e. a backup of your pc) then you should be able to copy and paste it onto your new machine. If not, you will need to install it once again.
Of course, this is possible, but only if it was previously downloaded to an external drive, i.e. a backup copy of your computer. If you have not done this, then unfortunately it is necessary to carry out the installation from the very beginning.
