'Install to Engine' Not Working?

Attempting to two plugins via ‘Install to Engine’ in Epic Games Launcher, but not working. The two plugins in question are the ‘ImageResizUEr’ and ‘Object Pool Plugin’. Other plugins are installing fine but these two are not.

I have the same problem from time to time.
Sometimes EpicGames AWS servers don’t work or web service for Marketplace dies, I dunno.

The issue was fixed earlier this afternoon. Please let us know if you still run into any issues after restarting your launcher.
