I’m having the same issue; MD-0011 error code. I’ve been trying to download the dev kit on a new rig for several days now. I am seeing this in the launcher’s logs:

I’m able to download games, the current engine, and other dev kits without issue.

I’m having the same issue. I cannot download the Ark Dev kit. Same Error Code MD-0011, Same backend connectivity issue showing in the launcher settings troubleshoot. I’m also experiencing the same behavior as Isyldra with other content downloading and working properly.

This is also the case with me.

I have been having the same issue for several days now. I only have one other game in the Epic Launcher but that starts the install as expected. There are multiple other people that I am aware of who are also having this problem with trying to install the Ark Dev Kit and others that have encountered problems when trying to verify files
The ‘fix’ that was mentioned earlier today in the Epic Games Twitter did not fix the problem we are all having with the MD-0011 error,
As well as seeing the same Install Failed message uploaded by Mayrin, I see this when I tried the troubleshooting in the launcher

My problem IS NOT solved yet. I still cannot download the Ark Dev Kit.

Та же проблема: MD-0011 при попытке скачать ARK Editor. Ничего не меняется в течении 3 дней. Кто-то говорил что лежат сервера, но я думаю это не может продолжаться так долго. Устранение неполадок в параметрах Epic games лаунчера все 3 дня показывает следующее: проверка соединения с сервером для https://launcher-website-prod07.ol.epicgames.com/ - неудачно. Жмешь решить эту проблему и открывается строка поиска в центре поддержки, в ней TS-NC-404 - ничего не найдено.
