Install on second computer

I would like to install 4.02 on my laptop? Is it OK to do this? If so do I have do the 8 hour download again. Or is there anyway to do a clean install on my original computer without downloading. Thanks.

Hi ,

You are allowed to use UE4 on any computer that you own as long as you are the sole user of the program. You can either copy all of the files and the launcher over from your original computer or you can simply re-download the launcher from the website as you did the first time you installed it. I move the UE4 directory to the other computer and tried to start. I get missing msvcp120.dll missing.

Hi ,
I just tried to install UE4 on my home PC. I currently have it installed on my Macbook Pro. After the Launcher installed and I signed in, the "launch’ button says subscribe, even though I’m logged in with my active account. The launcher will allow me to download the sample content but when I hit the “subscribe” button it takes me back to the sign up page.
