I’m tired, this problem has not been resolved for a week, I’ve looked at other threads and none of them can help with the problem I’m experiencing, the install/download is still stuck at 82%, is there another solution? Unreal Engine 5.5.3

I know it seems silly that it could take so long, but I have helped many with this problem. 82% is a choke point for the installation and it can SEEM stuck, when it isn’t. Something to do with how they’re measuring Installed %. I’ve experienced it myself, and I recommend giving it a very long while, be patient. 
I just had the same problem. The install got stuck at 82%. This is the point where the download is done and the unpacked files are sitting in .egstore. I was waiting for two hours but nothing happened. It only continued for me after I restarted the Epic Launcher with admin rights. Right after the restart the normal Engine folder of the installation appeared and got filled. You will not see any Read or Write activity at this point when looking at the install activity, but the Operations box will change. The progress will stay at 82% throughout the whole unpacking process which took over 45 minutes for me. At some point you will see read activity again. At the end it went right from 82% to being done.
