Install Datasmith Exporter - UE 5.1.1 (Windows). But Plugin not showing up on Revit

Hi!

I have been attempting to install the Exporter plugin for Revit multiple times.

-Currently, I am working on a PC connected to a LAN network at the office with the Mcafee security application. My version of Revit is 2020.

-I am currently using Export plugin -Twinmotion v.2020.75.5530.33(*) .

I have also tried uninstalling the current add-in (*) and reinstalling the latest version.

-The Unreal Datasmith exporter for Revit is displayed in the Program uninstaller.

-The add-in is not available in the following directories:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2020 (only the Twinmotion2020.2 add-in folder is present)

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Thank you for any assistance.

Are you still having issues with this? If so, just so I can best help, which version of Twinmotion are you using? Depending on you version of Twinmotion, there may be some compatibility issues. If you're using Twinmotion 2022.2.3, then you will need the 5.0.3 version of the Datasmith Exporter plugin from https://unrealstudio.epicgames.com/UnrealDatasmithRevitExporter_5_0_3_v2.msi to avoid compatibility issues. If you are using Twinmotion 2023.1.2, then you will need either version 5.1.1 or version 5.2 (recommended).

Be sure to also uninstall any previously installed plugins, as previous installation can interfere with the installation of a new plugin.
