if I don’t close all UE4 editor when I install apk file(android APK file was packaging successfully) by double click “Install_’MyProjectName‘-armv7-es2.bat”, Windows CMD would show an error, also installation failed.

Here is the [Android Documentation][1] to double check that you’ve installed everything correctly. With that being said, please do the following:
- Provide a screenshot of your Android SDK Settings
- Verify that your phone is on Developer settings (you may need to look online for your phone model for this)
- Double check that you have enough space on your SD card or your HDD on your phone
- In the Command Prompt, type in ‘ADB Devices’ and verify that your device shows up when connected
