Hi all,
At work we are unable to download the Engine via the launcher. We are unable to change this due to complex company politics. Is there a way to download the Engine without the launcher?

You can download the source from GitHub.
You just have to compile yourself then. Binaries can only be downloaded via the launcher tool.
