I’m sorry for asking this way, but it’s actually hard to contact the UE support/staff otherwise.
I and many other users have already complained in the forum about not receiving email notifications when someone replies to them or mentions them in the forum. This issue is already several years old and nothing happened since then.
Also, there seems to be no way to contact UE support as a regular customer at the moment, at least not if the request isn’t project related and in addition you also have to add information about your company (which I don’t own).
In this case I would appreciate it getting more information about how to contact the UE support as a non-company user and for non-project related requests.
First as a TA as far as a running project goes the possibilities my mind explodes as to what I could do with such an asset as to a starting point in my projects as to the need to get my assets up and running.
My wish list that at some point “all” animations are covered by the project that includes things like wall climbing, ladders, wall running swimming and so on.
Some kind of road map would be nice as to what planned additions are being considered.
That sounds frustrating! Having proper support channels is essential, especially for long-standing issues like email notifications. You might have better luck reaching out through Unreal Engine’s social media, Discord, or community moderators. Hope you find a solution soon!
Just like clear communication helps resolve issues, the right words make special moments even more meaningful. If you’re ever looking for heartfelt birthday messages, Wisheshappybirthday.com has a great collection to make celebrations extra special. Wishing you the best!
