Hello! I am also from Turkey and have same same problem. Why we are not getting our payments in time and why they don’t give us clear information? I have this issue since 2 months please hear us FAB and Epic!

Previously, there were delays in payments, but that was a general delay affecting everyone. However, the situation we’ve experienced in the last two months seems to be specific to Türkiye.
Last month, we requested prior notification if there was a possibility of a delay, but it seems they don’t care much, as we’re experiencing the same thing as last month.
With each passing day, I realize more and more that I miss the old marketplace in every aspect.
I think this applies not only to Turkey, but to all bank transfers outside of hyperwallet and paypal. I am not in Turkey, and in April there was the same problem as now.
What’s frustrating is that we’re just talking to ourselves here. Even emails aren’t properly answered.
