Thank you for your response to my previous inquiry. I appreciate the confirmation that uploading a model from RealityCapture automatically upgrades the user’s Sketchfab account to Pro. However, I have a couple of follow-up questions and an ongoing issue.
Firstly, could you please clarify the duration of this Pro account upgrade? Is it only valid for the first month after uploading a model from RealityCapture, or does it remain in effect indefinitely?
Secondly, I have followed your instructions to resolve the login issue I was experiencing when attempting to share models from RealityCapture to Sketchfab. I signed out of my Sketchfab account, cleared all Epic Games and Sketchfab cookies, and then signed back in. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
After receiving the message “Success. You may close this window now and continue in the RealityCapture app,” RealityCapture does not automatically proceed to the next step as expected. Instead, it continues to open new “Authorization request” webpage windows in a loop, preventing me from completing the sharing process.
I would greatly appreciate your further assistance in resolving this login issue, as it is currently hindering my ability to share models from RealityCapture to Sketchfab.
