I’m coming from Unity where we have all sorts of libraries to import OSC messages from arduinos, wiimotes, kinects, and other alternative input devices and I’m wondering if anyone knows a way to get stuff to work with UE4. Is something that’s out there or do I need to custom code a library?
bump. I’m interested in using wiimote + oculus anyone have anything like this?
A few people are working on Plugins for the Hydra, Leap Motion and some other peripherals, but I haven’t seen a Wiimote one yet. I would venture to guess that, yes, you would need a custom code library for the Wiimote to work. We do not really have UE4 support for Nintendo products out of box, so anything would probably need to be custom built.
