Input Key gets stuck OnComponentEndOverlap

Hey all, I am very confused. My blueprint for charging up a gem by holding E Key and then stopping, delaying, and reversing the charge when released is working when I am in the trigger box, but if I hold the E Key to begin charging the gem and then back out of the trigger box, it keeps charging to max. Outside of the box it works properly in that I hit E and nothing happens, but I do not understand why E is getting stuck when I exit. Do I need to move my Disable Input somewhere else?
