Input bug in 4.9.2? no inputs unless I start a stand alone game

Using the Starter Flying project in 4.9.2 results in no inputs being registered unless I launch a stand alone version.
This is also happening in my own projects. (I can get input once if I use the “selected viewport” tab, but trying this a second time fails)
Running in 4.18.3 is fine.

Downloading 4.20 P2 now to test that.

Found the problem, have to click Right mouse button before the inputs start working.

Seems to be a new to 4.9.
