Input Binding not working

Hi everyone,
When I try to assign a key binding to any action it automatically registers Generic USB controler axis 5.
I looked up the key and it is supposed to be the d pad on a a dualshock but I tried disconnecting my controller and the problem persists.

Any ideas?

Nevermind I simply deactivated raw input plugin
