Input Axis Value ALWAYS 0

Hello, I have a big problem I set up a test to enter a function with a axis map that is set to a key and d key and the value of the axis is always 0. I am using a pawn with a static mesh root. The gamemode and default pawn is setup correctly. The Auto Possess Player and Auto Receive Input is set to Player 0. I have also tried setting Auto Receive Input on the Player Controller as well but nothing works. Block input is turned off. Here is my input mapping
