Initialization stuck at 75% on editor

Hi , yesterday , after a lot of work i tried to package my game to check how it runs. and there were errors :

I don’t have this BP at all!! and then cooking for windows stopped. after i restarted i couldn’t open the project. when i DebugEditor from visual studio the process stops at 75% and in the output always stops here!

I tried deleting intermadiate, saved , .vs folder with all their content and rebuilding, but nothing happened. i am freaking out!

P.S. Once the editor opened through opening from launcher and all my c++ scripts were missing. after recompiling the scripts appeared and some BPs were corrupted. I fixed it and it was playable but after restarting editor stuck at 75% AGAIN!
