Initial Questions / Thoughts

Are any of these currently possible within UEFN and if not are there any plans to add them? I think they will be game changers for UGC creation if added.

  1. Can you link maps in UEFN (Cross Island Progression / Save Data)? Let’s say you have the player open a door and then it loads the interior in a separate map to save memory?

  2. Can we create our own menus / UIs yet?

  3. Can we set our own render distances on props?

Still trying to learn the ropes so I apologize if any of these have clear answers I have missed in the documentation.

I believe we will be able to set a custom render distance for props when world partition is fully implemented in the next release.
