Initial install - Failed To Build WebApp error

Brand new project, fresh, clean install, UE 4.27 - every time I get the “Failed to Launch the Remote Control Web Interface Failed To Build WebApp”. Any help is greatly appreciated! I can’t seem to find anything related to this while searching.

Install Node.js first I guess? For UE 4.27 you should install 14.15.5
