Infinite shaders compile

When I was using 4.22.2 It compiled shaders normally, but when it was updated to 4.22.3 it started with these bugs and I don’t know how to fix it, does anyone know anything about?

If you’re using MS Visual Studio, try to remove the “Incredibuild” component and restart your project. It may help.
