There is a bug with the unlimited magazine size setting that allows the player to have unlimited fire rate on any gun

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a class that gives the player unlimited magazine ammo
- Switch to that class while reloading a gun, the gun must have 0 ammo in the magazine
Expected Result
You would be able to shoot at a normal speed without having to reload.
Observed Result
Once your gun finishes reloading, you will be able to fire as fast as you can click.
