FEATURING SINGLE PLAYER, MULTIPLAYER, AND CAMPAIGN SYSTEMS, SPORE IS A INTERACTIVE, INTUITIVE GAME IDEA FOR AN INDIE, MOBILE GAME. THE BASIC BACKGROUND WILL BE AN ANIMATED PARTICLE BACKGROUND SUCH AS ATTACHED, BUT THE PARTICLE WILL BE MOVING, AND ANIMATED. THEN, THERE WILL BE RANDOMLY GENERATED, NEUTRAL CELLS, AND EACH PLAYER, OR BOT, WILL HAVE A “MOTHERCELL”, CONTAINING 100 “ATOMS” WHEN THE PLAYER TAPS TWO CELLS, THE FIRST CELL IS THE CELL THAT ATOMS WILL BE TAKEN FROM, AND THE SECOND CELL IS THE CELL THEY ARE MOVING TO. THERE IS NO AMOUNT OPTION, AS THE CELL THAT ATOMS ARE TAKEN FROM, WILL ALWAYS GIVE HALF OF ITS ATOM POPULATION. OVER TIME, THESE POPULATED CELLS WILL MULTIPLY IN POPULATION, BY A PERCENT OF THEIR CURRENT MASS.

TO OCCUPY ANOTHER PLAYER’S CELL, YOU MUST SEND MORE ATOMS TO THAT CELL THAN ARE ALREADY THERE. IF THE PLAYER SEES YOUR ATOMS GOING TOWARDS ONE OF THEIR CELLS, THEY CAN RETALIATE AND SEND CELLS TO YOUR NOW ATOM-DEPROVED CELL, OR SEND MORE ATOMS TO THE CELL BEING ATTACKED. THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE IS TO HAVE YOUR “VIRUS” OVERRUN THE OTHER “VIRUS” AND OCCUPY ALL CELLS.

THERE WILL ALSO BE AN UPGRADE SYSTEM HOPEFULLY IMPLEMENTED IN ALL THE MODES. THIS UPGRADE SYSTEM WILL NOT BE EARNED POINTS, BUT SYSTEMATICAL, EQUAL POINTS GAINED OVERTIME BY EACH PLAYER. THIS WILL KEEP THE GAME FAIR, AND THE PLAYER WILL HAVE TO RELY ON PURE STRATEGY OR LUCK TO WIN. SOME OF THE UPGRADE OPTIONS ARE FORESEEN TO BE UPGRADES SUCH AS SPEED(HOW QUICKLY YOUR ATOMS MOVE FROM CELL TO CELL), REGENERATION(HOW FAST CELLS GENERATE ATOMS) AND SPECIAL ABILITIES YOU CAN BUY WITH UPGRADE POINTS SUCH AS SUPER-GEN(SEND MANY ATOMS TO EACH CELL).

THEIR WILL ALSO HOPEFULLY BE A SINGLE PLAYER MODE, THAT IS THE SAME BASIC IDEA AS MULTIPLAYER, EXCEPT WITH AI BOTS

THERE WILL ALSO BE A CAMPAIGN MODE. THIS IS BASICALLY LEVELS THAT THE PLAYER STARTS AT LEVEL ONE, AND ONCE THEY BEAT THE BOT ON LEVEL ONE, THEY RECEIVE UPGRADE POINTS, CAN UPGRADE THEIR ABILITIES, AND MOVE TO LEVEL TWO, AND SO ON.

FINALLY, THERE WILL BE A TIER SYSTEM. THIS WILL TAKE EXPERIENCE FROM EACH BATTLE(MULTIPLAYER) AND JUST AS EVERY OTHER UPGRADE SYSTEM OUT THERE, WILL UPGRADE YOUR PLAYER LEVEL. THIS WILL KEEP RANKING FAIR, AS SOMEONE WHO IS GOOD AND WINS A LOT WILL RANK UP FAST AND FACE PEOPLE MORE THEIR RANK, AND PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT AS GOOD WILL STAY BEHIND AND FACE OTHER PEOPLE THERE SKILL LEVEL.
