Indicated as 5.6 but impossible to install

Summary

In the launcher AND in the fab product page of a recent plugin i bought, i cannot install the plugin for 5.6.
It is marked as available but it cannot be installed.
I talked to the Developper directly and he says everything is in order with him. He published the version already.

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

  • Buy the JSON Parser Plugin (shop Virtualbird UG) on FAB
  • Try to install it from FAB product page → download stuck to 0% first time.
  • Try again → download goes on but nothing is installed after a while
  • Try to install it from Launcher Library → not possible because 5.6 isn’t an option despite the (i) shows 5.6

Expected Result

To have the 5.6 option when i add to an Engine on my computer

Hey @Wulzron When in Fab launcher app, please ensure there are no other downloads in the queue pending before this one. You can open the Download Manager and check it. If there is any download in the queue, you can move this one up and see if it works. :slight_smile:

Somehow the installation process worked because today it is installed <.< I might have been hallucinating… i guess ??
