hello, built from master (says its 4.8) to try html5 packaging from the editor.
play in editor i get around 25 fps (yes my system is rubbish)
but html5 i get between 1 and 5 fps.
why does html5 run so slow? is there anything i can do to speed it up?
it has no post processing but is quite heavy on physics.

It may just be your system? Your test ran at a solid 60fps for me in Chrome but I do have a high end system. I can only suggest dropping some of the physics and see what that does to performance. HTML5 is run through a VM so it’s not going to match native C++ performance
its the same with no physics objects so its not that. i would have expected it to run slightly better than in the editor if anything. it even runs faster on android than html5.
In my experience, Firefox has been the more stable browser. Admittedly, I use nightly more than stock. If you’re a non-windows machine, chrome becomes more usable/stable.
