Increase Turning Rate for a car?

We have a car working forwards/backwards, but it turns so slowly it is nigh uncontrollable. Any suggestions?

Try to play with Steering Curve (Vehicle Movement->Steering Setup->Steering Curve):

In addition, to improve car steering you can increase vehicle mass and/or wheel friction.
