Incorrect UV's after exporting from Blender to UE5

Hi everyone! I have created appartment house with brick texture. After expoting it as .fbx to UE5 I see some UV’s are mess. Does anybody know how to deal with it?

How do you know the UVs are a mess?

What I mean is, I see the materials have not been applied ( I don’t think there is a way to automatically move then to the engine ), but the UVs look ok.
