Inconsistencies Between Source Mesh and Metahuman Translation

I have created a mesh using FaceBuilder for Blender (FaceBuilder for Blender Guide. FaceBuilder is a Blender add-on that… | by KeenTools | KeenTools | Medium). It worked really well.

I exported it and imported it into an Unreal Project, with the appropriate plugins enabled (Mesh to MetaHuman Quick Start | MetaHuman Creator Documentation).

However when attempting to transfer the features of the origin mesh to the Metahuman object we find a number of inconsistencies appear to show up. For example the we see a considerable dip close to the ocular orbit, and heavily overlapped eyelids and uppers.
