Hi!
I shot a series of images with an Canon 5D Mark III camera, And yes. I have checked the database an its listed there. Still it gives me an error. It was shot on an Samyang 14mm lens aswell, so the exif is not listed in the image file for the lens. Can this be the problem?
It also gove me an error on “sensor database update failes”, path not found. I have searched for the fine manually in windows to check that my camera was listed.
Any inputs on what to try next?

do you still experience the issue? if so,
what version of RealityCapture are you using?
could you please post a screenshot of the error message, and describe each step you had taken before getting to the error(s)?
however, it is not necessary to have you camera information in the “list”, there is no need to worry about it

I am trying to enter the information corresponding to the camera calibration file into the date base sensor of the software.
I still get the yellow triangle indicating the camera’s not in the sensor database.
Would you also like to know the c1 distocion to which it corresponds?
at a radial distortion k1, k2, k3?o tangential?
As far as I am aware that database was originally meant for problematic cameras/lenses/sensors that RC had trouble calculating the correct parameters of.
Which also means that a yellow triangle is usually no reason for concern if the alignment and resulting reconstruction comes out ok.
