But I have a problem. I want to use ( Reality Capture ) to create my own character, but when I import the photos into the software, I get the error: “Incomplete camera sensor info”.
It also asks me to update the software, but when I click on update, I get a ( connection error ).
I’m using ( version 1.5.1 )

Can you also show the update message there? As 1.5.1 version is the newest one, there shouldn’t be this asking for the update. Can you check the About info by clicking on the question mark in the upper right corner of the application and show it there?
