incoherent focal lengths

Hello,
Currently, we are working on a project and during the alignment of the photos, a certain number of photos end up with incoherent focal lengths and therefore incoherent positions


For this project we used the sensor “DJI FC6540” which has a focal length of approximately 52 mm, this misalignment of the photos causes irregularities during the reconstruction of my model.
As far as possible, I would like to avoid using the function “group calibrations according to exif data” in order to keep a very good quality model.
Do you have a solution to solve this problem?

Dear Thoma,

the function Group calibrations according to exif data helps for data obtained from drones. If you don’t want to use this setting, you can try to set the camera prior calibration as fixed or try to use brown 4 t2 distortion model.
