Including .uasset Files With Meshes On Third-Party Retail Stores

I am making a lot of custom props for a project coming up. Meshes specifically but I am also creating all my own PBR textures to go into the shaders.
I don’t suppose I’m going to get rich off of them, but I am curious: I know selling the model and textures is fine since they have nothing to do with Unreal Engine, but what about including the .uasset files for the textures and materials with the package? Does that count towards revenue generation under the license terms?
