We’ve updated the In-Island Transactions page in Creator Portal to provide deeper insight when players report offers in your islands.
In the Offer Catalog table, an updated Reports column now shows the total number of player reports for each offer during the selected period alongside the existing report rate. The Offer Details panel breaks out Pre-purchase reports and Post-purchase reports, with each section showing:

The specific issue the player selected in their report

The most recent report date for that issue

The total reports for that issue during the selected period
Use this data to identify which offers are generating reports, what players are flagging, and whether issues are happening before or after purchase, so you can resolve them faster.
