In AimOffset why does this hand shift?

In AimOffset why does this hand shift?
I read here about IK calculation to fix this problem. It is very difficult? Are there any examples of this?


It seems I have found a solution to my problem.
Maybe someone will find it useful:

Happens due to interpolation.
Hand IK needs to be applied post aim offset to correct this.
