Improve Edges of the MDF with costum blender file

Hi,

i’ve got a problem with my resolution of my MDF in Unreal weather i already scaled the MDF resolution up to 100.
But my edges are too bad. Is there a way in blender to improve this for unreal?

Both meshes are similar imported and created with the bevel modifier and the triangulate modifier.
But the second mesh has a much better MDF than the first one.

Does the option “Auto Smooth” and weighted normals improve the resolution of the MDF?
Can somebody eyplain what weigthed normals are and what impact they have for my MDF.
