Impossible to open a Twinmotion File.
File version : None.
I’m working with 2023.1.1 BUT, my files are not opening. Here is the message:
I don’t want to loose hours of work. I tried to re install Twinmotion, but nothing more appened.

is no longer working and a 404 Error is returned in m web browser. What is the current process for submitting help ticket requests?
The error I am receiving is attached. I am using a file that was created by one user in Twinmotion for Revit version 2023.2.0. When another user goes to open the file (using the same version of Twinmotion) he receives the error below.
Any assistance is appreciated.
Is there any update or follow up for this? I am getting the exact same error. Also the same thing is happening when I click on the community link. Just goes in an endless loop and nothing ever loads onto the webpage
Hi, I think i found out what the underlying issue is. There are some users who had Twinmotion 2024.1.1 installed on their machines. For some reason it was working with Revit 2024 even though the Twinmotion site says it will only work with Revit 2025. Twinmotion 2024.1.2 was released 29 October 2024. Since Twinmotion 2024.1.2 is the only available install, I installed that for users. However when they try to open the file created by the user using Twinmotion 2024.1.1 they can’t open on the file saying it’s an unknown file version. It says to use an older version between 2020 and 2022. I installed Twinmotion 2023.2.3 but that doesn’t work either. I installed Twinmotion 2022.2.3. It says that the file is an unknown version but this one does give me the option to convert the file. However when I convert the file it doesn’t work. The twinmotion file is 222mb. The converted file is 13kb. So now anyone who wants Twinmotion installed will not be able to open the file made from the 2024.1.1 version because the 2024.1.2 version doesn’t support it. I have users with deadlines requiring access to the file but can’t. If I upgrade the users with 2024.1.1 to 2024.1.2 they won’t be able to open the file! Please fix!!!
