Importing uassets with dependencies correctly?

Hi, I am using purchased assets from cgaxis.com, which they provide in the UE format for their models. I am trying to add the asset to my level, which includes a “uasset” file along with geo and textures. Its unclear how I import the asset so all materials are connected correctly. Currently I add the root asset folder into my project but no materials are connected. Is there a proper procedure for importing things so materials are connected??? Here is the asset directory supplied.

Did you find a solution for this? I am running into the same issue.
