When importing models, why do some of the sketch-up models work and others do not?
What version? Is it 2025.1 Preview 2? I also experience it.
Hello, what do you mean by some model?
Are they part of a different component/group or Layers?
Can you tell me what could be different between one model that works compared to one that doesn’t? That would really help me understand the issue better.

First check the Sketchup model in Sketchup and make sure all the faces are oriented in the same direction.
Second , Explode all groups and put them into individual groups. Not one large group.
Select “Two Sided” in Twinmotion materials.
This may not solve all the issues but it fixes most of the problems I get between Sketchup and Twinmotion
