importing simple animation from Maya to Unreal problem. Unreal breaks the animation

Ive been trying to export animations from a new model I made. The animation works fine in Maya (no tearing or breaking textures mostly) but when imported into Unreal, it contorts the body into a huge mess and i have searched for awhile for a solution and have not found one. Im new to Maya (especially Unreal) and have no idea what i did wrong to have this happen. (Images go from Maya animation to Unreal animation)
