Importing .pskx into UDK? (Converting a UDK project to UE4)

Hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

I am trying to slowly convert an old UDK project to UE4 and one thing I need to do is open .psk and .pskx files in UDK then export to .fbx

I have been able to import .psk but not .pskx

Could it be the version of UDK I am using or am I missing something?

I am using UDK Version 12791 (UDKInstall-2015-02)

Also is there a pipeline for AnimSets that seem to be a .psa and a .config?
